Is The Leather Box an Indian Brand?
Yes, The Leather Box is a boutique home-grown Indian brand, based out of Noida. Our parent company, Market Curate Associates LLP is in direct collaboration with export oriented unit supplying leather shoes for the International market since past two decades.

Do you take custom or bespoke orders?

We do not undertake customer-fit orders as of now as all our designs are curated and stocks are readily available always without huge waiting period. We are happy to take custom orders for bulk enquiries and the design can be tailor-made in that case.

What to expect when you receive your “The Leather Box” package?

All our packages are sealed with a coded sticker so never accept the package if the seal is broken. The package comes with your leather shoe, a pair of fabric bags to store the product, a shoe shine and a shoe horn. We ensure to equip you with all the things you need to take care of your leather shoes.

How to pick the right shoe size?

We follow standardized UK/India sizes for all our styles at The Leather Box. Some of the shoes due to design element may be an inch longer and incase you are unsure about your size, do give us a call and we will help you with the right recommendations.

How long will the product take to arrive and at what shipping price?

At the Leather Box, we offer free shipping on all our products as we are tied up with the best shipping merchants from the country. The usual delivery period is between 7-10 working days but we’ve been awesome so far exceeding that timeframe by delivering orders within 2-3 days as well.

Do you offer return and refunds on the products?
We are extremely flexible with our return policy. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before you place an order. Incase a shoe has issues in terms of fit, you can exchange the same easily. We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.
